We work with a global network of suppliers, so whether your event is in London, Paris, or New York, we'll get your swag there. We also handle event graphics, signage, and any on-brand collateral you need to make the space feel yours.

How far in advance should we get in touch?
Some bookings are a good year in advance. Most projects run 2-6 months end-to-end. If you're inside that window, still reach out - we'll tell you quickly what's realistic.
Do you only work in the UK?
Nope. We deliver in-person events across the UK, Europe and the US, and we can source swag and entertainment globally too.
Is venue sourcing really free?
Yes - completely. We earn commission from venues, never from you. And because of our relationships, we often negotiate better rates than you'd get going direct.
Can you help if we already have a venue?
Absolutely. We can step in for full delivery, supplier management, entertainment, branding - or just the parts you don't have time for.
What kind of entertainment can you source?
Pretty much anything - live bands, DJs, performers, magicians, interactive experiences, photo booths, you name it. We source to your brief, handle contracting and manage the act on the day.
What budgets do you work with?
We've managed events from £1k to £1m+. The right approach depends more on the outcome than the number - we'll help you spend smart.
