BroadVent played a pivotal role in delivering one of Europe’s largest industry conferences. We oversaw 18 feature areas including 10 stages (one live-streamed), managed end-to-end logistics, and contracted key suppliers. Our creative stage designs brought five feature areas to life, while our on-site presence for more than a week ensured every element ran seamlessly across the three-day event.
