BroadVent managed every detail of MOPAC's half-day Town Hall at 30 Euston Square's auditorium. We coordinated numerous site visits for a selection of venues, all to meet a very specific brief and date, then acted as the single point of contact between client and venue. The day included full AV support, chef's choice finger food lunch with tea and coffee refreshments in the afternoon. We also coordinated the integration of a company baking competition to raise money for charity. The event was a great success, and MOPAC is already planning a longer version for next year.
