Bespoke winter forest grotto with 3D design, full build, and immersive activities; delivered in just three weeks.

BroadVent was brought in just three weeks before delivery to create a magical Santa's Grotto for the children of West Ham United's players. Given a budget and a room, we developed 3D visual designs for client sign-off, then sourced all items and set dressing before managing the full build, operation, and break on-site. The brief called for a space tailored to children aged 0–12, an area for real reindeer, and a private space for meeting Santa.

Our final installation featured a winter forest theme with snowed trees and twinkling lights throughout. A freestanding structure created a separate grotto room draped in red fabric, complete with stacks of presents, themed flooring, and Santa's throne. For the little ones, we included a soft play area and cosy teepees with blankets. Activities included face painting, felt trees for decorating, Christmas dress-up in various sizes, and an edible bubble activation where children caught chocolate-flavoured bubbles in their mouths.
