White-label event coordination across five locations, from registration and comms to on-the-day ops.

BroadVent was contracted by TechSheCan to operate as a white-label extension of their team, helping coordinate and deliver a large-scale corporate training day for PwC. The event ran live in London and was streamed to virtual offices in Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, and Belfast. We managed the full registration process and CRM system, ensuring accurate attendee lists for each location and sending tailored email comms to every site.

We coordinated digital signage, templated all presentations to ensure consistent branding, and collated pre- and post-event form submissions to help TechSheCan measure success. On the day, we ran registration, troubleshot technical issues for virtual attendees, coordinated with talent and AV to keep speakers briefed and mic'd up, and oversaw the operations schedule to ensure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
